Avon Master Plan Open Forum- May 9, 2024 at 6pm

Avon’s master plan 2040 is getting near completion.  Please come to a community open forum to hear a presentation on the plan and provide your input.  There will be an opportunity for questions, answers, and comments.  The community open forum is Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 6 pm to 9 pm in the Mary McDermott room at Town Hall.  An earlier set of community forums took place in late September 2023 at Town Hall.  The master plan has sections on land use, housing, economic development, open space, recreation, natural & cultural resources, transportation, services, facilities, climate, diversity, equity and inclusion.  If you have questions, please contact Rick Jordan, Town Planner at 774-480-1682 or email him at rjordan@avon-ma.gov .
